What You'll Need

• Paint: 2 gallons of flat interior paint tinted to your chosen color — Gallon 1 for the base coat, Gallon 2 to mix with Wall FX Suede
• Brush: A 4-inch chip brush or the Wall FX Faux Finish Brush (recommended for best results)
• Painter's tape and drop cloth

How to Apply

1. Prep your walls — clean, dry, and free of dust or grease. Fill holes and sand smooth.
2. Apply base coat — roll on one full coat of flat paint (Gallon 1) and allow to dry completely.
3. Mix Wall FX Suede — add the full packet to Gallon 2 and stir thoroughly for 3–5 minutes until fully combined.
4. Apply with crosshatch strokes — using your 4-inch brush, apply in random X and Z motions while maintaining a wet edge. Work in sections.
5. Allow to dry — approximately 1 hour. Apply a second coat for more depth if desired.
